How do I track my order?

Once you’ve placed your order from ROOM, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a mandatory pre-delivery form and estimated delivery window. Our delivery partners will connect in advance of your delivery window to confirm all details of your delivery. You can check the status of your order by reaching out to us at support@room.com. If you need to make any changes to the delivery date, please let us know as soon as possible.
